Satisfaction GuaranteeWe want you to be satisfied with your purchase from JeansOnline! If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations or if you'd like a different size, you may exchange or return the item with all original tags attached within 14 days. That applies to discounted items as well. We regret that we do not accept returns or exchange of products that have been used or damaged. But you are obviously allowed to try the clothes on to see if they fit. Please see our exchange and return section for more information on the procedure and related costs. What should I do if I received the wrong product?Although we process your order with the greatest care, an occasional error can occur. Did you receive a product you didn't order? We are open Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 9 pm and on Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. We will make sure you receive the correct item free of charge.
