Our exchange and return service


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from JeansOnline. Is the product not what you expected or do you want a different size? No problem! You may exchange or return the article with all original tags attached within 14 days. That applies to sale items as well. We regret that we do not accept returns or exchange items that have been used or damaged. But you can of course try on the clothes first.





What does it cost to exchange or return items?


Exchange (within the Netherlands) : UPS collects your package free of charge.
Exchange (outside the Netherlands) : You pay the shipping costs. Costs may vary per post office and country.
Returns (within the Netherlands) : You pay the shipping costs.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands:
Basis Pakket TNT Post 0 - 10 kg: € 6,75
Zeker Pakket TNT Post 0 - 10 kg: € 8,61 (our advice)
Returns (outside the Netherlands) : You pay the shipping costs. Costs may vary per post office and country.
Wrong article received : We take care of it with no extra charge to you.

  • Swimwear
  • Gift vouchers
  • Damaged or used items
  • Items without tags



What is the exchange procedure?


  1. Phone +31 (0)165-346440, State:
    • The order number.
    • The item(s) you wish to exchange.
    • The item(s) you wish to receive in return.
    Check the site in advance for availability of the item(s) in your size. We'll check whether we have the item in stock and reserve it for you.
  2. Put the item and the invoice in suitable packaging. You will receive a return address label by email. Stick the label on the package. To arrange for collection, please contact UPS. Their phone number is in the email containing the label. UPS will collect the package free of charge at the agreed time.
  3. We will send you an email as soon as we receive the package and dispatch the replacing item to you. In the event we had to reorder the item we will send it to you as soon as it arrives.



What is the return procedure?


  1. Write your reason for returning the item on the invoice. Put the item and the invoice in suitable packaging. Write the return address (Veerstraat 20, 4758 BS Standdaarbuiten, The Netherlands) on the package.
  2. Take the package to the post office. Have it dispatched with signature for receipt (Zeker Pakket TNT Post). This ensures the safe arrival of your package. You are responsible for the arrival of the package, so please store your proof of dispatch in a safe place.
  3. We will send you an email as soon as we receive the package and deposit the purchase refund into your bank account. For purchases on credit, the amount of the relevant purchase will be cancelled from your account.
