Goods ordered on weekdays before 12 pm are dispatched immediately (provided the items are in stock).

How does payment through iDEAL work?

You can pay through iDEAL if you use internet banking via ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regiobank, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank or Fortis Bank. Payment through iDEAL follows the same procedure as internet banking, you need your bank card and identification method.

Charges:

There are no charges for payment via iDEAL.

How does payment with a credit card work?

We accept MasterCard and Visa. You enter your credit card details via a secure SSL server, which can be recognised from the unbroken key at the top of your screen. We dispatch your order as soon as your payment is approved by the credit card company.

Charges:

There are no additional costs. You only pay the charges imposed by your credit card company.

How does payment with PayPal Work?

You can quickly and easily open a free PayPal account through the PayPal website. To pay, connect your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account. You don't need to deposited money to your PayPal account, the payment is directly debited from your bank account or credit card.

How does payment by bank transfer work?

You prefer to first place your order, and after that to pay? That.s fine! When placing your order, just tick the box that you wish to pay by bank transfer.
You will then receive an email with our payment details, so that you can transfer the purchase amount. Your order is dispatched as soon as we have received your payment.

How long does it take?

It takes approximately 1 to 3 week days for us to receive your payment. We will dispatch your order on the day your payment has been processed (if in stock).

C.O.D. shipments: how does it work?

'Cash on Delivery' means that you pay the purchase amount of your order in cash to the delivery person or at the Kiala point. Your order is sent as a single shipment, so if your order contains items with some delivery time then you should count on the longest delivery time. This method of payment is available in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

How does payment via Giropay work?

Giropay is an online payment platform provided by German banks. In Germany, Giropay is supported by the following banks: Sparkassen, Postbank, Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken, MLP, Cronbank, Readybank, CVW Privatbank, PSD Bank.

Charges:

There is no additional charge for payments via Giropay.

Payment via Bancontact/Mister Cash

Bancontact/Mister Cash is the online payment system developed jointly by banks in Belgium. These banks are Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank and VDK Spaarbank. Are you a customer of one these banks and do you use online banking? Then you can use Bancontact/Mister Cash. You can pay for your order immediately in your familiar banking environment.
